How? Through clever and consistent Employer Branding, he says. This involves developing a concrete Employer Value Proposition and being creative in terms of how we attract talent. One of the elements most critical to success will be “marrying data and EVP initiatives – so that we can demonstrate how these initiatives contribute to the bottom line of the business.”
To pull this off, Talent Acquisition pros will need to figure out where we can reduce low-value tasks and how we can increase high-impact activity. Once we’ve got this data, it’s all about optimisation. This is where AI and Tech come in, according to Neil.
