One of the biggest events in the Australian calendar, the Australian Human Resources Institute’s (AHRI) National Convention is set to hit Brisbane in a matter of weeks. Aimed at “anyone responsible for workforce decisions geared toward driving their organisation’s success,” AHRI’s National Convention offers something for every level of HR Pro, strategic business-minded and talent-focused professional.
This year’s content is designed to guide delegates on an exploration of the tech changes in the industry and how humans remain at the centre of the innovation and human capital management engine.

What do World Vision Australia, OzHarvest, Good360 Australia and HoMie have in common? They’ll all be presenting at Third Sector Live 2019. Hosted in Sydney on the last week of September, this is the go-to event for HR and recruitment professionals from registered charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises.
As with any industry we work with, we know the NFPs (as with any industry) that we work with have their own specific challenges, so we’re excited about seeing events like these pop up, that cater specifically to the industry.
Just in case you didn’t get it from the name, this event is specially for in-house recruiters. It has an absolutely packed agenda, leaving us baffled about which sessions to choose and which to miss out on. From IBM and BP on modernising recruitment through technology and the role of TA to how to attract Gen Z, there really is something for everyone.
